Before You Contact Us
Many questions are answered quickly by checking the sections below. Please review these before raising a support request β it will save you time.
β My payment went through but I didn't receive the gift card credit.
Gift card credits are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. If you don't see the credit within 5 minutes, please email us at support@digitalverse.in with your registered email address and the Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation SMS/email). We will verify and resolve within 4 business hours.
β My payment failed but money was deducted from my bank account.
If a payment fails, any amount debited from your bank is automatically reversed by Razorpay within 5β7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. DigitalVerse does not hold any funds from failed transactions. Please email us with the Razorpay payment ID if you need confirmation.
β Can I get a refund on a gift card I purchased?
Gift cards are digital goods and are delivered instantly upon purchase. They are non-refundable once credited to your account, except in cases of a technical error where the credit was not delivered. Please read our full

β I want to buy a gift card but I'm not logged in. What do I do?
You must be logged into your DigitalVerse account before purchasing a gift card. Please visit the main DigitalVerse app, log in, and then navigate to the Gift Cards store. See our

β I received a discounted gift card coupon code β how do I use it?
Discounted gift card coupon codes are from third-party partner brands and are redeemed directly on those brands' websites or apps β not on DigitalVerse. The coupon code is displayed in your purchase confirmation. If a code is not working, contact the respective brand's support. DigitalVerse is not responsible for third-party redemption issues.
β How do I report a fraudulent or unauthorised transaction?
If you suspect an unauthorised transaction using your payment method, email us immediately at support@digitalverse.in with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID. We will investigate and escalate to Razorpay if required. Also inform your bank immediately to block your card/UPI if you believe your credentials are compromised.
Source Code & Video Course Support
DigitalVerse also sells source code packs and video courses for developers. Support requests for these products follow the same process as gift cards β email us with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID.
β I bought a source code pack but the download link isn't working.
Log back into DigitalVerse and open the Source Code section β a purchased pack always shows "YOU OWN THIS" with an active download button. If the link genuinely fails to open, email support@digitalverse.in with your Razorpay Payment ID and product name and we'll re-issue access within 4 business hours.
β I need help setting up the source code I purchased.
Basic setup support (installation, environment variables, deployment) is included with every source code purchase. Reach out to us via email or WhatsApp with your Payment ID, and our team will guide you through configuration. Custom feature development is available as a separate paid engagement β contact us to discuss scope.
β My purchased video course isn't playing or I lost access.
Log back into DigitalVerse and open the Video Courses section β a purchased course always shows "YOU OWN THIS" with active access. If playback genuinely fails, email support@digitalverse.in with your Razorpay Payment ID and course name and we'll fix access within 4 business hours.
β Can I request a refund on source code or a video course?
Source code and video courses are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase and are non-refundable once access has been granted, in the same way as gift cards. See our
Refund Policy for full details, including the limited cases where a refund applies (e.g. access never delivered due to a technical error).
